At Hayati, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy for more details about our services.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, you will be notified of any significant delays via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during busy periods.
3. International Shipping
We currently don't offer international shipping
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Hayati is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Hayati is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the damage.
